The operation theatres are centrally air conditioned which are classified into Minor OT and Major OT connected to the different departments. The minor operation theatres are connected to casualty, Surgical OPD, Ophthalmology, OBG OPD, Orthopaedics OPD and ENT. The major operation theatres are connected to General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, ENT and OBG.

Pre anaesthetic / pre-operative rooms with 10 beds and Post-operative recovery rooms with 10 beds are attached to these operation theatres. The operation theatres are facilitated with central oxygen supply, nitrous oxide supply and central suction unit.

Equipments such as Multi parameter Monitors with capnograph, Cardiac monitors, Pulse oxymeters, Defibrillators, Ventilators, Boyles’ apparatus, Infusion Pumps, Drip Infusion Pumps are made available for performing surgeries at the operation theatre. All the operations theatres are connected with closed circuit cameras and recording systems, which enables the students to view and learn different live surgeries performed.
